Materials Preparation

1) Application documents (blank forms are provided by CQC )

a. Official application form (fill in the form and print it, or print the blank form and fill in it)

b. Factory inspection form (applicable only to first-time applicant)

c.Product descriptions (in accordance with relevant CQC documents)

d.State of use of the brand

2) Supporting Materials
a. documents of registration of the applicant, manufacturer, such as business license or organization number(applicable only to the first-time applicant)
b. CCC certificate (if any)
c. if the applicant is also the retailer or importer, he must submit a copy of the contracts between retailer and manufacturer, importer and manufacturer.
d. letter of authorization of the agent (if any)
e. effective supervision and inspection report or factory inspection report
f. other materials needed.

Accpetance of Application

CQC shall check the application form and related materials submitted by the applicant with 10 working days, and send the Notice of Acceptance of Energy Conservation Certification to the applicant after confirmation and provide the applicant Certification Project Number. CQC will notify the applicant if the application form and related materials are not complete and inform the applicant to complement the required materials or make adjustments accordingly. Notice of Supplementing Application Materials shall be sent to the applicant when necessary until the applicant submits all required application form and materials. If the applicant cannot complement the materials and has no explanation or statements within 30 days, this application is considered to be revoked.。
