Metrology and Calibration Service

1. Introduction

Metrology Center of CVC (hereinafter referred to as“the Center”) is the first calibration laboratory accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in mechanical and electrical industry. The accreditation certificate No. is CNAS L1093.

The Center has more than 50 maximum metrology standards in the fields of the electromagnetic, radio, time and frequency, thermal, length, mechanical, optical, chemical and so on, and got the “Accredited Metrology Institute Certificate” awarded by China Machinery Industry Federation accredited by CNCA. CVC is accredited to use CML mark. Data issued by CVC can be traced to the international and national metrology standards, and certificates can meet a variety of certification requirements.

The Center adopts "one-stop" service mode of the field testing and metrology and calibration (sample sending, mail consignment apparatus). The Center has served many industrial well-known clients and got their high degree of recognition. For many years, the Center has achieved “Outstanding Integrity Unit of Measurement” Three-Star (the highest honor star) awarded by Chinese Society for Measurement (CSM)

Electrical and Electromagnetic Laboratory
Electrical laboratory carries out metrology and calibration for the following equipments:
Performance test equipments: Standard battery, DC resistor (box), DC potential difference meter, DC bridge, Digital DC resistance tester, Pointer type AC/DC voltage current power meter, Digital voltage current power meter, Single/Three-phase power meter, Power factor meter, AC/DC power supply (voltage, current, power), Digital multimeter, Three-function meter calibrator, Clamp meter, Multifunction calibration source etc.;
Safety test equipments: withstand voltage tester, high pressure gauge, spark tester, leakage current tester, ground resistance tester, loop resistance tester, insulation resistance tester, high resistance box, capacitor leakage current tester

Radio Laboratory
Radio laboratory carries out metrology and calibration for the following equipments:

Length laboratory carries out metrology and calibration for the following projects:

Mechanics Laboratory
Mechanics laboratory carries out metrology and calibration for the following projects:
